The GO Concert has partnered with Australia’s most dynamic student communicator Lucas Parry to bring you “Experiencing Homelessness”. A truly unique, weekend-long retreat for students, where they engage in homelessness and discover Gods heart for the poor. This is a Disciple-Now experience like no other and will GUARANTEE to impact their lives forever - they will never look at the world the same!

Features Of The Weekend:
During this weekend, students will truly experience homelessness first hand. They will live the homeless life by trading their clothes for second-hand clothing, eating food from mobile soup kitchens, sleeping in cardboard boxes, visiting a local food-bank, participate in a canned food drive and engage in three powerful group worship and teaching sessions ending in a small-group debrief.

“What a thrill it was to see actual ministry minded guys who use their gifts, and talents in music for a much bigger message..to “change the world!”  I was so impressed with the humility, and passion behind the heartbeat of Lucas, the band, and the concepts being taught through “the Go Concert.”  It was so cool to see the guys do the “schoolies tour” in one of our local middle schools, and share the challenge, that anybody, at any age, can change their world, and the response of the school, both adults, and children, as well as through our Dnow weekend was tremendous.  I’m sold, and I absolutely can’t wait to partner in ministry in the days ahead with these guys.”
